Have you ever dreamt about the house of your dreams? What if you were able to decode how would you like your house? Well, get ready because we are going to study the parts of a house and the furniture of each room, and you will create the house that you always wanted.

Day one:
First, how many rooms does a house have? What is the name of each room? What kind of furniture is in each room?

Create a square in your notebook which contains:
a) the name of the rooms
b) the furniture of each room
Day 2:
Do you remember the vocabulary of the last class? Let's see how good memory you have!
Print the crosswords, answer it and stick it on you notebook. (It is also in the Dropbox folder)

Go to the next web page and design your own house. Create different images in order to create a power point presentation that you will present in class. Use the dropbox to upload the presentation.

for the vocabulary that you don’t know and write it down on you vocabulary
section in your notebook. (10 words minimum).

Watch
the next video and pay attention to the conversation.
How
does they order their meal? And, how does the waitress take their order? Discuss
it in your teams.
Base
on the conversation of the video create your own conversation on your notebook,
using the vocabulary of ordering food and the dishes of the English
restaurant’s menu. Check the pronunciation due to you will present it in class.
The value of the vocabulary will be of: one
signature every 10 words or structures with meaning.
The
value of the Recipe is of: two signatures.
Finally
the value of the conversation on your notebook will be: 3 signatures
The
presentation of the conversation will be one 1.5 point of the grade.
Conclusion: In this activity we discovered more about the Gastronomical culture of England. At the same time we learn how to order in a restaurant and the correct pronunciation. This activity let us learn new vocabulary, such as the parts of a menu. Finally this activity was useful to practice our research skills because now we have some other tools that may be useful to future home-works and activities.
